I got a new PC recently so it’s nice to be able to try out a current benchmark finally. This doesn’t mean I’m done with Mac. I’m still recording and editing on my old Macbook. I’ve been working on both Windows and Macs OS machines most of my life, as well as others. Macs are fine machines, but I’m not an Apple Zealot.

This is my first truly 1080p upload. Uploading objectively better quality videos (resolution, frame rate) has shown me just how bad YouTube compression is. In this video I show several comparisons between two different runs of the benchmark. Though the differences are obvious to me when viewing the master, on YouTube the compression artifacts make the comparisons pointless.
