Throughout the Critically Acclaimed MMORPG FFXIV, you will primarily encounter three kinds of FCs: the horde, the Events^TM, and the small group who just wants to find some friends, goof off, and play what the game has to offer. We Wayfarers are the epitome of the latter.

Full disclaimer: we’ve been around for a while – a very good while – and are seasoned players chilling in endgame content, a friend group of 21+ gamers looking for more gamers to game with. So⸺

✨What We Do✨

For the most part? Roulettes, savage, glam farming, fate farming (It’s for the Adventure plate), unreal on reset, Field Operations, treasure maps, maybe an ultimate, maybe three ultimates (It’s also for the Adventure plate), spamming alliance raids until our brains turn to mush for no reason in particular, afk-ing at the market board, that sort of stuff – and all whenever we feel like it. On occasion we are wont to hyperfixate on Frontlines, no idea why. But basically a little bit of everything, and sometimes a lot (We won’t be coordinating FC events ourselves often, but if others want to they are completely welcome to do so).

We do not hold anyone to schedules; if you want to run something, ask around! See who’s available and most likely one or two or the whole group will join in. BUT: we have lives outside the game – jobs, bad sleep schedules (I legitimately do not know how these people function), touching grass – and therefore are sporadically logged in. Second but: Discord! We talk there, a lot, and have recently created an FC server for a fresh welcome for you (We didn’t have one before because we didn’t think we needed one because of how small our FC is currently).

In terms of hard-end content, a few of us used to be in a static and now we wade the Party Finder waters at the start of new tiers, clearing them as we like. And with the up and coming Dawntrail tier, we’ll be going back in and would love to have more friends to group up with when venturing in!

However if raiding’s not your thing, don’t worry. We are casual gamers first and foremost. There is no pressure for you to do anything while here. If you just want to hop in for FC buffs or to dye your chocobo, that’s fine. On the average day you can find us lounging about in Discord or queueing dailies or staring at a blank partition in the game while staring at a wall in real life, basking in the copium bliss that more housing slots will be added – eventually (There is no corner of my soul I will not turn over for more housing slots).

During the inevitable content lulls, we play other games together, like Minecraft, or watch movies, like that trilogy about a Full Party of bros adventuring to destroy a rejected warlock’s evil magic ring that he poured his cruelty, his malice, and his will to dominate all life into.

Tldr: if you’re looking for a small, tight-knit, friendly, and chill group who are very active for patches and endgame content, then give us a holler!
