During the time below, we experienced technical difficulties that may have prevented characters on the NA data centre from logging in to the Lodestone if they had not logged in for a certain period of time or were logging in for the first time, and the character information on the Lodestone was not updating on the NA data centre.

As a temporary response to this issue, the Lodestone login function for characters on the NA data center was placed under maintenance from Jan. 6, 2025 1:43 to 6:03 (GMT) / Jan. 6, 2025 12:43 to 17:03 (AEDT) and has since been resolved.
