In our previous announcement, we stated that customers impacted by the incorrect discount would receive the difference in Square Enix Crysta. We will now be making our best effort to refund the price difference directly to the purchase method that was used to make the purchase. If we cannot refund directly to the purchase method, we will refund the difference in Square Enix Crysta to the account the items were purchased on.
