The status of the following Worlds has been changed today.

Currently, the worlds under the North American/European data centers are extremely congested during peak hours. However, if we change the status to Congested World, it will be impossible to create new characters in most of the Worlds under the North American/European data centers, resulting in large numbers of characters concentrating in fewer Worlds. Therefore, all Worlds under the North America/Europe data center have been changed to Standard World.
