Registering the Endwalker Expansion Pack
In order to play the Windows/Steam/Mac versions of Endwalker, you must redeem the registration code you received with your purchase. Even if you have registered a pre-order bonus code for early access, you will still need to redeem your Endwalker registration code to continue playing after the early access period. Additionally, you can now redeem registration codes using your smartphone on the newly revamped Mog Station.
Users on the PlayStation®5/PlayStation®4 versions will not need to register a separate code as they are automatically registered for the full version upon purchasing the expansion.
* Endwalker registration codes can be redeemed on Mog Station starting from Monday, 6 December 2021 at 15:05 (GMT).
* Please note that if you have a character logged out in an expansion area that you do not have registered to your account after early access ends then you will not be able to log in with that character until you redeem your full registration code.
* Early access will end on Friday, 10 December 2021 at 23:59 with the region of your Square Enix account determining the time zone. North American accounts will adhere to (PST), European accounts will adhere to (GMT), and Japanese accounts will adhere to (JST).
Registration Codes
A registration code is a 20-digit code that is used to register the Windows, Mac, or Steam version of a product to your service account via the Mog Station.
Windows and Mac users: Registration code delivery method will vary by retailer. Some retailers may email you the code directly after the launch of Endwalker, and some retailers may ask you to log into your store account to view your registration code.
Steam users: Navigate to FINAL FANTASY XIV Online in your Steam game library, right click the title, select “Manage” and then “CD Key” to view your registration codes.

* Registration codes cannot be reissued, so please store them carefully.
Regarding the Game Client
Early Access Participants
Players who participated in early access are able to continue playing the expansion after the official release.
Users Who Didn’t Participate in Early Access
Windows / Steam / Mac UsersUsers who are currently playing FINAL FANTASY XIV and redeem their Endwalker registration code will have their client updated automatically when logging in.
Users who do not have the FINAL FANTASY XIV client can download it via the method that matches their platform.
PlayStation®5 / PlayStation®4
Launching FINAL FANTASY XIV Online will download and install the necessary files.
