After completing the Moonfire Faire quest line, these are the NPCs I found around the Isles of Endless Summer.

Island Sanctuary Mammets: (35.5 , 26.7)
Felicitous Furball: "The festival will surely offer us the inspiration we need for new visions."
Demolition Mammet(?): "The island cries out for chaos, and I intend to deliver."
I don't remember the demolition mammet's actual name or title. But I'm pretty sure it is the one who greatly enjoys the demolition projects and cave drilling.

Alpha and Omega: (36 , 26.4)
Alpha: "Kweh? Kweh, kweh!"
I'm glad you're enjoying your travels. Hopefully Omega is behaving.

Ocean Fishing Captain(?): (36.3 , 26.1)
"Now, where'd my little friend sneak off to...?"
(/lookout)
He looks very familiar, but I don't know exactly where I've seen him before. Possibly on ocean fishing trips?

Zhloe, Khloe, and T'kebbe: (36.6 , 25.1)
Zhloe: "Glad I could make the trip. It wouldn't be summer without the Moonfire Faire."
(Looks down at the frozen treat.)
"Oooh, it's almost too sparky to eat!"
Lalafell (cutely standing on a step stool): "Here, this frozen treat ought to help you cool down."
(Khloe stares lovingly at a polar bear.)
(T'kebbe stares lovingly at the Major-General shark minion.)
Zhloe, I much rather you eat this frozen treat than your usual stale pudding...

Puddingway: (37 , 25):
"Pudding, pudding, firm and cold... ♪"
"Pudding worth its weight in gold... ♪"
Do we expect anything less from Puddingway?

★P'obyano and Memeja: (36.2 , 25)
P'obyano: "I have to admit, I'm starting to come around on these cactuars. It's not my fault they're cute!"
Memeja: "It truly warms my heart to see my pets looking so happy. I'll have to vacation here again sometime─perhaps I'll even bring my spriggans!"
Cactuars are indeed quite cute! I love the way they scuttle around and close their eyes when they stand still.

Carvallain: (37.6 , 36.7)
He has no dialogue. I wonder what he's thinking about as he stares out to sea...?

★Beaudefoin: (36.4 , 26.9)
"With the cactuar crisis under control, the festival is proceeding apace. Enjoy yourself, my friend! If you have yet to attempt the Eorzean Nimble Warrior course, I highly recommend it!"
It's truly unfortunate I'm terrible at jump puzzles... But I did do much better than last year!

★Haermaga: (36.1 , 26.7)
"Glad to see that things have settled back into the usual rhythm around here. You'll be sticking around, I hope? The fun's only just begun!"

Three Burly Men and namazu coaches: (36.8 , 27.7)
These three men are the staple of the Moonfire Faire. Bask in their glorious chiseled bodies (especially after the graphical update).

Sicard, Emmanellain, and Honoroit: (36.8 , 30.7)
Emmanellian: "Ugh, I was so close..."
Honoroit: "You'll get it next time, my lord."
Sicard: " 'Close', my arse! He was bloody malms away!"
Bullying Emmanellian again, I see.

R'fhul and R'mahja: (36.5 , 31 - on top of the first level of the jump puzzle)
R'mahja: "Try not to fall, Fhul."
(R'fhul warms up with a set of squats before attempting to challenge the Nimble Warrior coarse, yet again.)
I believe in you, R'fhul!

This year's faire was cute as usual. I enjoy seeing all the familiar NPCs. Like a little yearly check-in to see how they are doing.
