FFXIV Companion App is released!

Hi guys,
You guys might read the developer’s blog or watch the short trailer for Companion app which allows you to connect to the game on phone. It is now released for both Japanese and English!
Since my iOS phone is bought in US, I have no problems in searching the app in App Store. For other people in another locations, the app won’t appear in their store, they need to change location to US.
You can sell items from retainers, buy things from market, check inventory, chat, access contact, buy Mog Coins... But the app took kinda long to exchange the data server...
Well, that’s all. I just want to tell you guys this information. I’m not sure if the app is on Android store yet. The app has smal size, so won’t cause any trouble for your phone.
Also I think they only allow you to access on 1 character. You cant switch between them after that.

Time for the Asian people to start cheering about it and everyone else to start bitching about it on the forums. LOL
Honestly, outside of Japan, how many people will REALLY use the features of it?
As for me, I barely use my phone for anything but a phone as it is and I forget to carry it around half the time, so I miss calls and texts ALL the time. Smartphones are sooooo wasted on me. ;p
What? I'm Asian, you don't see me cheering for it...
Anyway, I don't see any reason why I should use this app at the moment, unless it has a feature feeding my Chocobo!
Dealing with retainers while not playing? I may have to look into this.
Ok, let me rephrase that to people in Japan are cheering about it. ;p After all, that is the main reason they made this, they really wanted it there.
Ember, it costs real money to access that feature, I think $5 a month. If it is worth it to you, go for it!
I went and looked at it, It's actually pretty neat. I can actually chat with Aria now in RL. LOL Well, when she is ACTUALLY around to see it. the board is nice too to check available thins easily, too bad it costs nuts to use.
Yeah, you have 2 Free Kupo Nuts to change the price in retainers. If you run out of it, it will ask you to do quest or use Mog Coins. Plus it has many crashes. This app is a bait... Don’t know why SE still launched it. I just deleted it from my phone.
