A quick tip from me. I have the game in FR, so my whole interface, item names, etc are in french. As you may know, English is more used, and you can have friends that communicate in another language.

In-game, you might not have a problem with the "tab" key on the keyboard. You start to write the beginning of a name, and the game can auto-translate to all people.

When it comes to a conversation that is not in-game, it can become difficult to know what is named how in several languages.

What I do: first I search for the item in my own language, let's say...



When you're on this page, you have two solutions to translate it.
Simply, search for this section on the top-right corner and change the language.

What I do though, is I take the link and change "fr" to the language I want:
na for English
jp for Japanese
de for Deutsche
