Ok, I want to start out by saying I am in no way an MMO Master, an elitist, or even remotely that good, I play games that i enjoy, not to see how fast i can get to the end, so i can just sit and wait to see what comes out next. I take my time and do things i enjoy.
One thing i like about this game, is there are people here, unlike other MMMOs *coughWoWcough* that will actually help you out if you need it, and not expect anything in return. I am like that as well, and have run across entire maps as fast as my little lalafell legs could carry me to raise someone. Now I am not saying everyone needs to drop what you are doing and run and raise everyone, cause well, not every one is cool enough to be a lalafell cjr/acn/sch...but its nice to help others out if you can.
The second thing i have noticed, and its not a good or bad thing, but for whatever reason, in linkshells, my old FC, and even just in world, people don't like to explore or quest together. I don't know about others, but i play MMOs to meet people, and make friends, not to play alone, and i don't mean just in dungeons. I like to quest and explore with people, makes it interesting.
Speaking of dungeons, I really like dungeons, i have done many, but most of the ones i have have been great. I don't mind trying to help people that are new to the instance out, but there are times, when i can tell someone doesn't know what to do, and i try to see if i can help, and get my head bit off, I might be a healer now, but I beta'd a tank, and leveled my main class DPS. I might not know everything, but what i do know, i am willing to share.
In closing my little soapbox diddy, I just want to say that i have really enjoyed my experiences (save fighting with Mr. 1017 and Mr. 2002) and if anyone is in the Balmung server care to explore with me, feel free to add me . Comments welcomed below
