So, Twintania at 85%, welcome to phase 2.
You now will get four new Mechanics with Twintania to add to Death Sentence and Plummet.
Infirmity
Death Sentences now cause Infirmity, which greatly reduce incoming healing on the target with this debuff.
Analysis: Dealing with this is simple, the healing cut does NOT affect % based heals such as Inner Beast or Lustrate. This also does not affect how much mitigation Stoneskin provides. This can also be ignored as part of the Conflagration mechanic discussed later.
Fireball
Twintania will target a random member of the raid who is not #1 or #2 on her enmity chart indicated with a red icon above the target's head. After a few seconds, a massive AoE fire attack which splits it's 13k damage across all targets hit happens. All targets hit by Fireball will grant 1 stack of Waxen Flesh to Twintania.
Analysis: This is a simple coordination portion of this fight, but due to the damage fireball deals, you can expect a group of 3 to take just over 4300 each, which means you need to have high HP for this phase. This can require classes to change their stats and spec into VIT to ensure you live through fireball damage without having defensive CDs up.
Conflagration
Conflag targets just like fireball, but is denoted with a blue mark above the target's head. When conflag is used, it creates an AoE about as large as the red engagement circle around Twintania (quite big!) which renders those within it unable to act and unable to be targeted. The duration of the conflag is dependent on the number of stacks of Waxen Flesh on Twintania (3 stacks = 15 seconds). This can be reset if a person targeted by Fireball moves into Conflag before the fireball attack is used. All players in Conflag take 300 fire damage every 3 seconds and should a player die, or the time expire without the conflag being killed, the Conflag will explode dealing 9000 dmg to all players within the Conflag.
Analysis: As you can see, Conflag is a big mechanic, and it proves as a test of positioning and DPS. The use of Conflag's mechanics is what is a true test in this phase and due to timing, you will get alternating differences in time. Assuming you always get only 3 stacks of Waxen Flesh, the first will last 20 seconds if the fireball is jumping into Conflag. The second is only 17 seconds. This alternates 20, 17, 20, 17 until the phase is over. Conflag can also be used to dodge Death Sentences by the main tank and mitigate some of the time Infirmity affects them.
Phase 2 Analysis: This checks your awareness and coordination, but is a hard check on DPS, healing and tank CD management to survive until 55% of Twintania's HP. Due to the approaches of managing Infirmity and Conflag, you can either take the tank swap approach or the tank entering Conflag approach, which lends for each group being able to test out multiple strategies.

Did you down Turn 5 recently? I'm having a tough time finding a coil group with my schedule what it is.
So far my FC has made it into the final phase, but unfortunate timing has prevented a kill. Should be soon though.
