Specifically us North Americans who are up way late at night and feel we have a right to complain about them.
Get over yourselves. They have to do it sometime and they choose the times that impact the fewest people.

12 equates to 3 AM for me... not really a bad time frame In my opinion. then again I don't recall seeing people complain... it needs to be done in order for additions to be added etc. and everyone wants additional content far as I can tell.
lol maint times never bother me i could careless when they have them.. we all should have a real life outside of the game so why get upset cause of maint.. i men really go spend time with kids/wife/husband/significant other/friends as fun as ff is it is just a game...but if games are your life then play a diff one for a few hours :P

They only effect people who work late or get up super early in North America. Deal with it. ;O
