Day One:
I awoke after pacing myself, collapsing and then crawling my way toward the docks in the distance, only to collapse again. Luckily, I had been mistaken for a crew member and was brought to the cabins below. I awoke inside the ship and met a man whose name escapes me, although I hope to remember it someday as he gave me his ring as a gift for saving him after the ship was attacked by pirates. After arriving in Limsa Lominsa, I realized I didn't have a lance on me. In addition, all of my gil was gone- likely still back at my room in Hyrstmill. I needed a weapon or I would not be able to return to Gridania anytime soon.
On my way to the Adventurer's Guild, I picked up an abandoned tome- a small book with a strap to keep it shut. I had never seen a book like it before, and opening it up, I saw visions of grey orbs of magic flowing from my hand and bursting upon impact of some strange creature. Straight away I closed the tome, and held my forehead with the other hand. A passing Rogaedyn pointed to me.
"Ah, one o' them Arcanists, are ye?" After his inquiry I merely shrugged and he led me to a new Guild that had just been established and was full of potential.
I suppose my stay in Limsa might well include the mastery of some magic.
Day Two:
My second day in Limsa Lominsa started off with a few errands for Baderon and others around the city. Around midday I returned to the Arcanist's Guild to report on all I had learnt and recieved a new tome, as well as the ability to call my own 'pet' Carbuncle. I detest the word 'pet' in reference to an companion, so I shall call her my ally instead. I did not feel it right to name her as if she were a pet either; she does more than sit around and lick herself.
The power of an Arcanist was awe-inspiring. Already I had learnt a few spells and my ally had shown me she could pull enemies away from their allies so that we could defeat them two on one. I had learnt the importance of outlasting an enemy, as well. I finally finished my day relaxing near the Aetheryte of Limsa. Still, there was a yearning in my heart; the need to find something- nay, somebody. Who it might be, I know not. However, when I sat to rest and took gaze upon the sky, I felt the breeze. It was soothing, and my anxiety eased. Perhaps a clue?
Searching for you, whoever you may be. I can only hope our meeting lifts the burden of this amnesia.

Like the blog. Very entertaining seeing as I have been considering writing mine the same way. Looking forward to more posts.
I kinda have the feeling of knowing that chatty man, I didn't really liked him. Seems a little creepy that he always approaches sleeping people...
(I'll follow your blog! hope you like mine :D)
A seasalt breeze near the Lominsan aetheryte brought you a feeling of peace. I am also curious to know what this means.
