A Suggestion to SE

Dear SE,

In regards to issues persistently degrading player experience during early release, and now into official launch of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, let me as a long time beta tester, and gamer since the early 90's, make a couple small suggestions:

1. - Talk to your customers. More than you already do. Say yes, we know this is unsatisfactory, and we're working on it.
2. - Reward your customers patience while changes are being made to fix overall quality-of-game play for your customers. Throw them some free time, free server transfers, free veteran rewards, something like that to let them know you do in fact appreciate their patronage, and more than just "Thanks guys."
3. - This one is of key importance... I don't know the numbers, but I imagine you can't exactly afford to alienate your NA/EU customers, but at the moment, you are. The JP Data Centers haven't had nearly the level of issues that the NA/EU have, but you've already said "Hey JP Customers, we're giving you new hardware next week!" I don't see any similar assurances for the NA/EU customers.
4. - Act Quickly and Decisively. You have people ready to rage quit on day one, some even during early access, because they DIDN'T get any early access.
5. - Lastly, you need to seriously improve your customers service. Multiple hour waits in chat queues that close without warning. Long replies to critical issues at the beginning of a games life cycle ensure it to have a very short one, yet again. Fix this, or you will lose your player-base.

Agreed, the service we allegedly have is just not satisfactory at all. 1017 can't even log in to my server to play, haven't been able to play properly since the last beta phase to the point i just gave up. right now, i wont be subscribing to the game for maybe a month or two or longer until i read something positive on the forums stating "Hey guys, you can actually login and play now, our servers have been upgraded, there will no longer be a 1017 error because we actually turned on queueing!"
